Returns 

Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. $4.72 flat rate return shipping and is deducted from the return amount. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds 
If you are not in LOVE with your Flight Fillow, we will issue you a refund. Email georgia@flightfillow.com within 30 days of purchase to let us know your concerns and provide your feedback so we can learn from it! In return, we will issue you a refund. For questions or additional information regarding returns (or anything at all), email georgia@flightfillow.com. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at georgia@flightfillow.com. We will be happy to help!

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1402 Briarcrest Drive Grapevine, TX 76051

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
